2011 | Year Two

2011, you have taught me so much.  You challenged me, inspired me, tried to break me a few times, and showed me exactly why I do what I do.

Looking back I laughed, I cried, I remembered, I saw goals completed, and goals I am still working on, witnessed moments I will never forget, and seen love that moves the soul.  I try not to write much anymore; I have never been good at it, and feel it lessens the imagery.  But what I do, I don’t take lightly.  I am honored; I feel this is exactly what I should be doing and hope to continue.  Photography to me is truly is savoring life–it is emotion, it drives me, it consumes me, it teaches me, it expresses me, it is simple, it is who I am.
